The role
Key to the role is to spread the word, goodwill & value of this fascinating business, and help them build their brand, and acquire new customers across their key market verticals, which span across, health & social care. We’re looking for an original thinker that also has an eye for a stat or two and can deliver marketing plans for both digital and offline channels.
This will involve developing conventional marketing content such as white papers, case studies and brochures to support public sector engagement, and have an unwavering desire to build a global brand that has become synonymous with excellent customer service and innovation. You’ll manage a small team of two, and will report to the COO, working closely with the sales and account management teams to develop robust lead generation marketing initiatives.
There are heaps of creativity, too, as you’ll create campaigns within HubSpot, developing lead generation and nurturing tactics through email, videos, content / landing pages, exhibitions, and social media. You’ll also create and promote video content for various departments, act as the brand guardian, and manage marketing agencies and data providers.
What we’re looking for
A Degree in Marketing, CIM or other professional qualification would be desirable, plus a fair few years of B2B marketing experience ideally in an SME or agency position. The essential bit is that you’ll need know-how of marketing to the public sector, healthcare, and other regulated industries.
Experience across the most common channels, in particular, lead generation through LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media channels. Demonstrable understanding of campaign measurement, ROI and conversion metrics is handy, as well as experience of HubSpot CMS (or similar) for website management, campaign building and management reporting. Training provided if necessary.
A practical understanding and experience of online marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager is necessary, but more someone who’s imaginative and naturally curious – this is all about business discovery and detective work.
