We are Key Group. A collection of businesses headquartered in Preston, Lancashire. Our overall business is Later Life Lending aiming to help people finance a better retirement. Currently in our 26th year, we are agile, growing and evolving within our industry.
Our recruitment team is both reactive and proactive, hiring to the needs of the business and attracting talent through our Employer Value Proposition. We manage all recruitment for the Group, handling volume office recruitment as well as technical hires and those hard to find unicorns! No two days are the same and the best part of our role surely has to be that we get to make multiple employment offers to happy candidates, who then turn into our colleagues.
This role includes:
Consulting with managers and their teams across the business to support their hiring needs
Sourcing the best candidates through headhunting, referrals and adverts.
Screening candidates to ensure they match the brief of the job description or have transferable skills
Continuous improvement - is our hiring process working? What could work better?
Helping us build a strong employer brand that reflects our culture and reaching the right people!

This role offers a fantastic salary of up £30,000 depending on experience, PLUS an annual bonus. This role will be performed on a hybrid basis from our Preston Campus.
