Tenerity are now looking to recruit a Payment Analyst to join our Global Payments Operations Team.   

This is a great opportunity for you to build your career and develop your skills. Our Portsmouth site holds the Investors in People Silver Accreditation. 

Full-Time hours  are 37.5hrs per week, Monday – Friday.

If you have the following skills or experience, then this could be the ideal role for you…  

• Educated to GCSE level in Mathematics and English 

• An eye for detail and right-first-time accuracy
• Knowledge of credit/debit card bank processing
• Exceptional administration experience 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Able to work independently 
• Strong IT skills 

On a daily basis, you will:  

• Monitor global payment processing flows to ensure all billing is completed correctl
• Flag any inconsistent pre/post billing activity, investigate and problem solve
• Collate and deliver daily & monthly results for Senior Leaders around Fraud, Chargebacks, Rapid Dispute Resolution, VISA Compelling Evidence & VISA/Mastercard Account Updater
• Use structured query language (SQL) across multiple databases to extract accurate billing related data which you will analyse and present to VP level
• Monitor and deliver accurate & informative monthly KPI data to the Global Payment Operations Manager & Director (for presentation to VP/CEO level)

You will be responsible for tracking and monitoring all other payment related processes from transaction disputes through the card schemes to preventative processes to reduce disputes and improve billing success rates, ensuring any unexpected behaviour is reported promptly to leadership.
