Our client is Giochi Preziosi, leader firm in the Toy industry in Italy.
For store in the city centre of Milan, we are looking for a DEMONSTRATOR, reporting to the Store Manager.
General purpose of the role
Promote the sale of products by live demonstrating them, interacting with customers, enhancing the overall customer experience and introducing an additional element of fun and theatre to the store.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To be engaging, effectively drawing the customer into the magic of the store and making the experience exciting
- To demonstrate an ability to increase sales through effective demonstration and highly developed selling skills
- To be a role model and support the team in delivering award winning service
- To effectively communicate with all the team on promotional and operational information
- To use the Development program to develop new skills and enhance existing skills
- To support GPH trading and promotional programme by setting appropriate targets for yourself
- To gain product knowledge expertise within all product groups in the store and sharing this with the team
- To implement sales promotions and price changes as directed by Management
- To replenish demonstration stock as required

- Excellent communication skills
- good knowledge of English, spoken and written
- In depth product knowledge

- To work independently with effective time management
- Flexibility to work across varied hours and days of the weeks
