Job title : Finance Head
Location : Gandhinagar
Responsibilities:
- Taking on a pivotal leadership role within the team providing direction and guidance.
- Monitoring day to day finance accounting & taxation activities.
- Heading and managing the financial and accounting functions of the Team.
- Liasioning with the Bankers Consultants Merchant Bankers for finance & taxation work like fund raising GST / TDS / Company Law related issues valuation of shares for share transfers or further issue of fresh shares etc.
- Liasioning with the Government officers (Transport department only) for Company work.
- Regular check on statutory compliances like GVAT Service tax Excise TDS GST PF ESIC etc. in timely manner. Monitoring of epayment of all taxes and efiling of all tax returns.
- Looking after ROC compliances with respect to annual filings charge etc.
- Banking Finance CMA data preparation / data for projections of the company liasioning with bankers for fund raising either for availing the limits or enhancing the limits making personal discussions with bankers handling their visits at office/factory premises handling their queries with respect to the finance provided by them. Import payments done whether LC or collection any other banking activities whatsoever that may be required for bank finance.
- Monthly/Quarterly closing of books of accounts & MIS work for management.
- Attending/Handling the Statutory Auditors Excise Auditors GVAT Auditors Govt Auditors from PF/ESIC department etc. and complying with their requirements.
