What's the role?

We’re looking for an Intern to join our Engineering Competence Center in Milan, who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, high-performing, international working culture.

What does the role involve?

As a Technical Engineer Intern, you’ll be supporting the technical office in various activities, especially in delivering façade and installation systems drawings and detailed shop drawings for big projects.
Having a passion for design and technical drawings is the key for success in this role.
This job involves working in tight contacts with the entire Engineering Department.

We will give you everything you need to excel in your role, including software, tools and ongoing training.

During your internship, you will have scheduled touch points with your tutor, HR and also an informal meeting with our Hilti Engineering Director.

What you need is:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree, ideally in engineering/architecture
• Excellent knowledge of Autocad, knowledge of Revit or similar software is a plus
• Basic knowledge of construction and building envelop trade
• Good knowledge of Office Suite: PPT, XLS, WORD, etc.
• Fluent in both English and Italian language
