In this position you are responsible for direct interaction with our customers, proactive customer service, problem solving, customer follow up, and interaction with aerospace global network. Your day to day activities will include (but not exhaustive to) shipment processing, shipment monitoring, providing key milestone updates to the customers, deviation resolution, physical cargo checks and customs activity in both import and export. To be able to hold this challenging position at the Customer Service Aerospace department, you preferably have work experience in a similar role as Air Freight forwarder. Currently the working hours are between 08:00 - 17:30. In addition, there are stand-by shifts for out of office hours.

• Order processing and shipment registration
• Organization of freight and customs handling, as well as export control
• Preparation and monitoring of offers
• Ensuring and processing billing to customers
• Processing of special orders, as well as complaints
• Supporting and advising the customers and agents
• Preparation of delivery bills, customs documents, etc.
• Monitoring appointments
• Maintenance of statistics for performance measurement and as a basis for accounting
