Job description

To strengthen our young and motivated team at the FORESTIS, we are looking for a Reservation Agent (f/m/d) full-time.

Your talents

• Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry or tourism in a management position
• ASA-J knowledge and other computer skills
• “ReGuest” correspondence manager knowledge
• Handling knowledge of online portals with its key data
• Pleasure at work
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Strong communication skills on the phone and email correspondence
• Organisational talent
• Customer-oriented and maintain contact with our guests in a stylish and discreet manner
• Selling skills
• Good German, Italian and English language skills

Your duties

• Independent administration of the inquiries and reservations
• Responsibility for the constant high quality of guest care
• Individual support for guest requests on the phone and email prior arrival
• Complaint management
• Maintenance of the guest files in the ASA-J
• Responsible for a professional and quick processing of the daily incoming reservation requests
• Invoicing the hotel bill
• Accounting preparation in consultation with management
• Advice our guests by telephone, e-mail and in a personal conversation on site
