Job description
Supervise and coordinate the activities of guest service department by providing courteous and proactive service to the resort guests in line with the standards and procedures of the resort and Planhotel Hospitality Group • To answer telephone calls, transfer calls to relevant departments, take down messages in the absence of person being called. • To coordinate with Maldivian Air Taxi on guest arrival / departure times (air taxi landing times, delays, early arrivals), flight details and confirmation of all guests etc. To inform relevant departments and ensure welcome procedures of guest arrivals and departure procedures are followed. (Meals, snacks, room changes, special requests related) • To provide personalized service to the guests addressing guests by name. • To review the arrival list on a daily basis, prepare and distribute the welcome amenities and Guest Service activities for the next day. • To meet all guests on arrival on seaplane platform and make sure the luggage of the guests is not missed.
