About the role:

We are looking for a brilliant intern who will join Chloé's Supply Chain team  in Scandicci (Florence) during a six-month internship in which the recruited person will support purchasing & procurement activities with focus on material management for the leather product through the ERP system (SAP) and constantly communicating with external suppliers and internal stakeholders such as Logistics, Production Planning, Industrialization and Quality Team to ensure that workflow respects delivery time, cost and product quality.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You’ll support our team in:

• Realising orders on SAP
• Managing inbound and outbound logistics flow
• Reviewing and updating BOMs on SAP
• Entering material prices on SAP
• Analysing and monitoring of warehouse stock and leftover through reporting
• Actively communicating with suppliers to source materials needed to create the production master
• Follow-up of purchase orders with tanneries and suppliers of metal accessories, textiles etc;

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• Near-graduate or graduate in Scientific Subjects (Economics/Engineering or similar)

• Good command of Excel (Pivot, Cerca_vert etc.)
• Good English knowledge;
• Attitude to using management systems (a brief previous experience in administration/logistics is a plus!)
• Attitude for managing priorities
• Attitude to teamwork, problem solving
• Enthusiastic, proactive and willing to learn
