Key Roles & Responsibilities:
As the Lead Segment CDP you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our Segment Customer Data Platform (CDP) to drive datadriven decisionmaking and optimize customer segmentation strategies. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement data analytics solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. Additionally you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data analytics JavaScript SQL and API integrations to extract insights automate processes and optimize campaign targeting. Job
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of segmentation strategies using the Segment Customer Data Platform (CDP).
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and define data analytics solutions to address business needs.
Design and implement data models workflows and automation processes within the Segment CDP.
Utilize JavaScript SQL and API integrations to extract transform and load (ETL) data from various sources into the Segment CDP.
Develop and maintain custom tracking plans events and properties within the Segment CDP to capture relevant customer data.
Analyze data to uncover insights trends and opportunities for optimization.
Create and maintain dashboards reports and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of segmentation strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics customer segmentation and CDP technologies.
Provide leadership guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Minimum qualifications and technical skills:
Proven experience working with Segment Customer Data Platform (CDP) or similar customer data management platforms.
Strong proficiency in data analytics JavaScript SQL and API integrations.
Experience designing and implementing segmentation strategies to drive business outcomes.
Solid understanding of data modelling ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
