Job description
Required Skills for TrueSight Operations Management module:
TrueSight Operations Manager (TSOM) Developer and Support is responsible for developing configuring and providing support on ongoing issues. Understand our monitoring requirements design and implement customized solutions and ensure the continuous performance and reliability of IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- TSOM Development:
- Develop and customize TrueSight Operations Manager solutions to meet needs.
- Create and maintain custom scripts policies and integrations within TSOM.
- TSOM Configuration:
- Configure monitoring policies thresholds and alerts based on user requirements.
- Implement best practices for efficient and effective monitoring.
- Create and train the users on reporting module.
- Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide proactive support for TSOM identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex system and application performance problems.
- Integration and Automation:
- Integrate TSOM with Entuity Remedy Capacity Reporting modules etc.
- Automate routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency.
- Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of TSOM configurations and customizations.
Create user guides and training materials as needed.
