Position: Senior QA Engineer

Experience Required: 3 years postcollege

Location : Remote ( MUST be comfortable with working in Eastern Time (USA) )

Budget : 2000 to 3000 USD per month

The QA Automation Engineer (Katalon) plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. They are responsible for developing and executing automated tests identifying and documenting defects and working closely with software developers and quality assurance teams to improve overall product quality. This role is essential in helping our organization deliver highquality reliable software to our customers.

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer to lead our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of software and product testing within the organization ensuring the highest standards of quality and contributing to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with software/product designers to establish quality assurance parameters.
• Lead the QA team in designing test procedures and frameworks.
• Supervise the creation of testing documents.
• Implement and oversee testing procedures.
• Troubleshoot quality issues and adapt test procedures accordingly.
• Conduct analysis checks on product specifications.
• Review Quality Assurance reports and address problem areas.
• Ensure successful product deployment into the market.
• Respond to requests from the design team and management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a relevant field.
• Prior experience as a QA Engineer.
• Proficiency in programming including automation systems and databases.
• Proficiency in Katalon.
• Thorough understanding of application functions bug fixing and testing protocols.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Managerial experience is preferred.
• Excellent analytical abilities.
• Detailoriented and a critical thinker.
