Responsibilities
Seize the opportunity to lead and innovate as a Lead Software Engineer within our dynamic team where your seasoned expertise will drive the advancement of our revolutionary applications in the insurance domain. As the lead engineer in our product engineering scrum team you will not only spearhead the design and development of highquality scalable applications using the latest .NET framework core and/or .NET 5/6 technologies. Still you will also provide technical guidance and strategic leadership to the engineering squad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and implementation of toptier scalable applications leveraging your advanced skills in the latest .NET technologies.
- Assume a leadership role in scrum ceremonies fostering a culture of seamless communication and collaboration within the team.
- Play a pivotal role in strategic planning and estimation processes ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Drive the strategic modernisation of existing .NET applications adhering to best practices and orchestrating seamless migration to future cloud environments.
- Provide technical guidance to the entire engineering team ensuring the adoption of best practices and maintaining high code quality standards.
- Oversee team members mentorship and professional development nurturing a continuous learning and growth culture.
- Manage and optimise tasks for the engineering team ensuring efficient resource utilisation and successful project delivery.
- Key contact with the customer and ensuring the smooth delivery of our commitments.

- Maintain an advanced level of technical proficiency including extensive experience in .NET framework core and/or .NET 5/6 technologies.
- Exhibit a history of effective mentorship and development of team members contributing to a cohesive and highperforming engineering culture.
- Bring expertise in the Scrum Agile delivery methodology.
- Display strong written and verbal communication skills in English coupled with analytical and collaboration skills.
- Selfmotivated and proactive passionate about staying up to date with the latest technologies and best practices in software development.
