Job description
Years of exp: 3 to 5 years (You need to look for Python development with image processing tools (OCR/ tesseract ) and 2 to 3 years exp (Straight Python development with good in Core python with data structure oops connecting with database developing API and good in using Flask framework with some who has exposure in image processing and ready to learn that domain with good attitude)
CTC Range: Please give a 25% to 30% hike from the current CTC
Location: Chennai and Bangalore
Note: if we are not getting profiles with image processing tools we can look for a strong Python developer with 1 to 2 years of experience good in Core Python with data structure oops connecting with database developing API and good in using Flask framework with some who has exposure in image processing and ready to learn that domain with good attitude)
Skills Requirements:
Strong experience working with Python Pandas Django and Flask (REST API).
Computer Vision (OCR).
Image processing (Open CV).
Strong grasp of modern software development concepts such as OOPS LEAN principals
Agile/SCRUM software development process/Scrum master experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors/ Masters degree (or equivalent) in CSE/IT from a recognized Engineering College.
Minimum 35 Years of relevant experience in Python Development.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Utilizing the Agile methodology use your strong technical expertise to implement new software and features.
Design develop and implement key applications and features for engine and machine product development.
Troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficiently.
Work directly on complex application technical problem identification and resolution
Collaborate with peer organizations across the enterprise to help our team meet deliverables.
Participate in project initiation meetings understand the scope and share estimation on project completion date.
Work with various teams to ensure timely delivery of projects with expected quality level.
Develop and maintain good working relationship within the team and other teams.
Responsible to work with engineering suppliers to get the work done with expected quality and velocity.
Address all customer issues promptly and propose process / product improvements.
