Job description

Role Description We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the Italian Customer Advisor position. As an Italian Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our Italian-speaking clientele. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience through various communication channels. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences Accurately document customer interactions and details of inquiries in the CRM system Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary Contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience Stay up-to-date with product/service knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers Assist in the creation of support documentation and knowledge base articles for Italian-speaking users Requirements: Fluent in Italian (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills in English Proven experience in a customer service or support role Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle challenging situations professionally Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools is a plus Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
