Role and Responsibilities
As an Operations Manager at funatpuno you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all operations within the organization. Your main duties will include:
- Conducting morning property checks to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance
- Monitoring staff attendance and coordinating with the front office team for preopening preparations
- Providing daily briefings to staff addressing any issues or improvement suggestions
- Collaborating with the assistant manager operations to plan and allocate staff
- Creating daily rosters and staff allocation sheets
- Performing regular rounds throughout the day to assess property cleanliness
- Overseeing park operations including front office court monitors housekeeping and maintenance
- Coordinating with the maintenance team to address any pending work or maintenance requirements
- Ensuring the parks housekeeping and cleaning adhere to company standards
- Liaising with the sales and finance teams for any queries or assistance
Candidate Qualifications
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster positive business relationships
- Experience managing teams of 25 or more employees
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
- Prior experience in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
