Key functions: Accounting Reconciliation TDS GST Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Taxation Internal Audit
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accounting functions including the usage of funds in discussion with the management broadly managing cash & fund flow preparation of balance sheet.
- COD reconciliation from all logistics partners to ensure complete remittances of delivered orders
- Engage with the business and operations teams to align financial management with short and longterm financial planning and projections.
- Manage investors and banks for equity investment working capital finance and other day to day reporting.
- Do timely completion of accounts monitor quarterly performance accounting system for improvements including engagement with key vendors.
- Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance with Income Tax GST Professional Tax etc for remittance returns filing and all other requirements.
- Responsible for submitting a weekly MIS update to the management for indicating clearly the cash inflow and outflow along with the utilisation of funds demonstrating each head separately.
- Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare timely & accurate inputs for payroll in collaboration with HR.
- Maintain banking and vendor account relationships. Preparing Bank Reconciliation statements periodically.
