Education Graduate / PG in any field (Experience in handling Payroll Operations)
Location Bangalore (Work From Office)
Responsibilitieso Handling QC of Payroll inputs Payroll processing & verification.
o Variance analysis & review
o Form 16 filing and ETDS Filling quarterly.
o Responsible for all aspects of yearend procedures
o endtoend implementation of onboarding new client or Migration of existing clients to specific platform
o Conducting Interviews for the selection of Payroll Trainee.
o Processing Payroll / Reimbursement Full & Final Settlement through a Techenabled platform
o Ensuring Daily weekly and monthly Activities are delivered on time and with 100% accuracy
o Ensuring all customer queries are responded to within SLAs defined and agreed
o Monthly Activities Deliverables agreed as per the timeline
o Quarterly Activities Verifying and filing of ETDS returns
o Half Yearly Activities Verifying and filing of ESIC returns
o Year End Activities preparation of Form 3A and Form 6A. PT annual returns and Form 16 for salari
ed employees
o Coordinating with the client to fix up a meeting with employees for a help desk session
o Updating and publishing daytoday activity report to the stakeholders
o Training for New Team Members on Payroll and Statutory domain
o Manage Client Meetings and escalations resolution
o Preparation of MIS reports for clients and Management
o Manage team and attrition
Competencieso Thorough knowledge of Payroll process
o Knowledge of perquisites reimbursements income tax benefits etc.
