Job description
For an industrial group we are seeking an Operations Manager.
Scope of the role:
Drive the complete integration of the Company into the Group Organization process, focusing on achieving the objectives set by the Headquarter.
Main responsibility:
- Integration Process
- Ensure achievement of Plant Profit & Loss targets
- Develop cost-reduction plans
- Ensure performance Targets are met
- Manage Logistic Costs & Working Capital
- Assume full EHS Plant responsibility
- Ensure achievemnet of Quality targets
- Implement a Continuous Improvement mindset throug out the entire Organization
- Drive the Plant's yearly Budgeting process and definition according to the targets defined by the HQ
Main Skills:
- Consolidated experience in the role of Operations Manager for industrial groups
- Degree in Engineering
- Fluent in English
- SAP System proficienty
- Plastic Moulding expertise
