Senior Workday Project Manager

Role Overview:
The Senior Workday Project Manager will be pivotal in steering Workday projects to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and on budget. This position is integral to fostering collaboration across internal and external teams optimizing resource utilization and maintaining alignment with project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination of internal resources and thirdparty vendors for flawless execution of projects.
Comprehensive project management including scope definition resource allocation and budget adherence.
Development and tracking of detailed project plans to monitor and report on progress.
Effective change risk and relationship management are needed to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
Continual professional development including attending conferences and training as required.
Qualifications:
A Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
35 years of experience with Workday implementations preferably in the initial stages.
PMP certification is highly desirable.
Proficiency in risk management and negotiation.
Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
