Within the CSR Team, you will in charge of:

• Order entry/registration, processing and following up of orders until delivery
• Rigorous contract review in terms of price, product, sales conditions, payment terms before registration in SAP
• Editing, checking and sending order acknowledgements to customers.
• Support to the sales network in terms of product availabilities
• Collect and analyze 3 month sales forecast in collaboration with the Account Manager
• Verification of forecasts and monitoring of their implementation during the month
• Collection of customer needs and questions (datasheets, technical requests, SDS, product availability, prices, etc.), interface role between customers and different internal actors
• Creation, monitoring and closing of customer complaints and/or disputes: product returns
• Creation and monitoring of sample orders (following up of the samples shipments with the factory, samples shipment tracking, information to provide to Account Managers)
• Monitoring of the accounting balance and recovery in collaboration with the customer credit department and the Account Managers
• Management of the documentation for export files : Legalized Certificate of origin, follow up of all export documentation (B/L checking, packing list, Invoice…).
• Creations and updates for new customers
• Back up / support of other CSRs within the team according to needs

 

• Languages : Fluent in English, French/Italian and Spanish are a plus
• BAC + 2 : International Trade or equivalent
• SAP knowledge
• Pack Office
• Good Experience in Customer Service, as CSR
