Job Summary

Expand your economic and marketing studies at Tetra Pak in this dynamic, broad reaching internship. To deliver our strategic deployment a key factor is readiness. During this New Product Introduction (NPI) internship for your thesis work, you will create a new way of working in creating the best practice for the launch of a new capital equipment and/or service product in the market. In this position, you will work across different functions, with colleagues from various organizations and you will report to the Strategic Deployment Manager officially nominated for this task by the Company. The internship will have a duration of 240 hours with a six working weeks.

What you will do

• Define the new product to simulate with the Strategic Deployment Manager
• Define marketing requirements and economic impact of the solution
• Draft the business case
• Prepare presentation for stakeholders
• Simulate market scenarios
• Support Strategic Deployment Manager in identifying partnerships and internal relationships

We believe you have

• An active university student completing your bachelor’s degree and ongoing with preparation of thesis work
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A highly driven and motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
• Quick to establish good working relationships with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Able to navigate and influence a multi-cultural and global organization 
• Able to synthesize large amounts of information and craft succinct, relevant, and impactful messages.
