Job description
Responsibility for Project Management IT for insurance applications at lob MidCo. This implies the functional & technical lead of project teams to achieve relevant objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the projects of IT implementation about new insurance products, quick wins initiatives, Regulatory initiatives
- Achieve the aims of the projects, ensuring that cost levels and time are respected, as well as the agreed quality.
- Support driving project of implementation platform multi-products, multi-channels, multi-country in an international context
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Mastering Project Management methods and techniques, process development and continuous improvement
• Proven project management experience (e.g. >3 years) in Operational business and/or consultancy
• Proficient with Agile practices including continuous delivery/deployment
• Insurance business experience would be an advantage
• Ability to work in an international context
• Ability to work in a team in a cross functional environment
• Ability to analyse and summarise, solve problems
• High attitude to learn and develop
• Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken
• International work or study experience would be a plus
