Job description
The Sales & Marketing Field of RANDSTAD PROFESSIONALS Turin, specialized in the search and selection of middle, senior and top management profiles, on behalf of our client, part of a multinational group, are looking for a:
EXPORT AREA MANAGER
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, He/She will be responsible to achieve sales and margin targets defined by the company in the assigned markets.
Job Responsibilities:
defining the market potential for each country assigned to him and to develop the most effective strategies and plans for entry and/or consolidation of the company's presence in the assigned markets;
collaborate in defining the annual sales budget and the preparation of weekly and periodic forecasts, reports, and action plans;
monitor the achievement of Sales Target, DSO, discounts, and prices;
increase the market share by coordinating and developing a network of customers, and by acquiring new customers;
constantly reporting on market dynamics such as competitors’ proposals, prices, and strategies.
Candidate Requirements:
degree level or equivalent work experience;
at least three years of previous experience in B2B sales with technical background;
fluent in English and German and good knowledge of another language preferably Arabic, French, or Spanish;
customer & goal oriented with strong organizational and communication skills;
high skills in negotiating, problem solving, time management, and teamwork;
availability to frequent travels abroad;
good knowledge of Microsoft office package and the main IT tools and management software.
