Sword Technologies is providing highly qualified IT professionals in the domains of software and infrastructure. Our customers include organizations such as the European Commission, the European Parliament, various European Agencies across the continent as well as major industrial players in the pharmaceutical and banking sector.

We are looking for a Junior Full-Stack developer   to join the project team of a European Agency based in Ispra, Italy, to contribute to various aspects of web application design, development, and maintenance. As part of our dynamic team, you'll have the exciting task of migrating an application from Angular 10 to Angular 17.

DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS

• Develop user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JS frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular is a plus.
• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of web applications.
• Implement backend services and APIs using Java (Spring and JPA is a plus), PHP (Symfony is a plus), or other object-oriented programming languages and tools.
• Manage relational databases using SQL.
• Participate inthe migration of an application from Angular 10 to Angular 17.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Knowledge of web application development principles and practices.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JS frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular is a plus).
• Understanding of backend services and APIs.
• Object-oriented programming skills.
• Database management skills using SQL.
