Job Title: Merchant of Kuntokauppa (Commercial Director)

Job Description:

Nordic Sports Brands is looking for an experienced entrepreneurial and growthminded Commercial Director to run the groups biggest sales channel Kuntokauppa in Finland with full profit & loss responsibility. As the merchant of the most important sales channel in the Nordic Sports Brands group you will serve as a role model leading your fellow merchants by example across other sales channels in Finland Sweden and Norway.

In the role of Commercial Director Kuntokauppa you will be reporting to the Chief Growth Officer while also working closely with the Groups CEO and founder and other Group Management Team members. Your primary objective will be to drive profitable growth in Finland through online and offline retail and B2B sales channels. You will be expected to guide the development of the sales channels and lead the teams responsible for their success while ensuring an exceptional customer experience through all touchpoints. While doing this you will be defining developing and managing the implementation of our business concept in the whole group.
