Position context

Il/la candidato/a sarà inserito all’interno del team di Channel & Customer Marketing Off Trade e riporterà al Channel & Customer Marketing Director Off Trade.

La risorsa supporterà il team nella gestione delle attività daily, nei diversi progetti e nelle attività di data analysis per quanto riguarda le tre categorie di Aperitivi, After Meal e Premium.

Key Responsibilities & Activities

• Supporto nella realizzazione degli expo box e materiali di visibilità sul punto di vendita: monitoraggio processo di apertura dei nuovi codici, gestione RDA (richieste di acquisto), contatto con fornitori (monitoraggio timing, stock e delivery magazzini);
• Supporto nella corretta realizzazione delle attività pianificate
• Supporto nella gestione della piattaforma CET per il corretto caricamento delle attività pianificate;
• Supporto nella gestione delle codifiche in SAP per tutti i materiali;
• Supporto nel coordinamento del sistema di prenotazione delle attività, nel caricamento e aggiornamento delle stesse e delle assegnazioni per area;
• Supporto alle analisi reportistiche banche dati sell in e sell out;
• Supporto nella realizzazione di attività di Consumer Engagement;
• Supporto nella realizzazione delle newsletter mensili.

Il candidato/a avrà la possibilità di maturare consistenti esperienze in termini di:

• Conoscenza delle principali logiche di category Management

• Conoscenza dei principali sistemi gestionali aziendali (es: SAP e sue declinazioni);

• Gestione del processo di Purchase Order;

• Gestione di progetti di Category Managemen

• Analisi dati complesse e preparazione di meeting strutturati.
