Security Clearance:
Education/ Certification Mandatory:
- Bachelors degree in an engineering scientific or technical discipline
- 2 years of experience in an enterprise network level environment using CISCO routers switches ISE and ASA firewalls.
- Have one (or more) of the following Cisco (OEM) IT certifications: (1) Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Enterprise or (2) Cisco Certified Support
- Technician (CCST) Networking.
- Certified CompTIA Security (or certified per the current revision of DOD 8570.01M)
- Experience acting as a lead on conducting site surveys and identifying locations of all IT infrastructure drops on provided floor plans.
Work Experience Mandatory:
- A high school degree or a GED and more than fifteen (15) years of relevant Cisco Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technical support and five (5) years of experience on the daytoday operations of the VoIP telephone system including infrastructure (wiring)OR
- A bachelors degree in a relevant field and ten (10) years of relevant Cisco Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technical support and three (3) years of experience on the daytoday operations of the VoIP telephone system including infrastructure (wiring) OR
- A masters degree in a relevant field and seven (7) years of relevant Cisco Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technical support and experience on the daytoday operations of the VoIP telephone system including infrastructure (wiring).
- must adhere to 8570.01M CWF Requirements.
