Silver Sky Groups is a leading real estate developer in Bengaluru offering premium residential and commercial plots in prime locations. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated sales executive to join our team and help us sell our plots to prospective buyers.

Job Description

As a real estate sales executive you will be responsible for:

Conducting site visits and presenting the features and benefits of our plots to potential customers

Negotiating and closing sales deals with customers and ensuring timely payments

Maintaining regular followups and communication with customers and resolving their queries and issues

Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and reporting the sales performance to the management

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

A 10th pass or 12th pass or bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in any field

Freshers or Experienced candidates in any field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Kannada

A valid driving license and own vehicle

A customeroriented and resultdriven approach

A willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per the business needs
