GUCCI Tech Business Solutions Leader (Maternity Cover)
Role MissionThe Gucci tech - ISC DF Business Solutions Leader Is responsible for the day to day relationships with business, ensuring consistency in engagement across the business.Act as translators and mediators between IT operations and the business.Gucci tech - ISC DF Business Solutions Leader will conduct business process analysis, needs assessments and functional analysis in an effort to align IT solutions with business initiatives. He/she will facilitate the elicitation of business and systems requirements and provide internal consultancy to the Business (process knowledge and reengineering).
Key Accountabilities
- Influences K_users and manages relationships effectively. Builds long term strategic relationships. Facilitates the delivery of IT services to the business.
- Define and document customer business functions and processes.
- Conduct functional analysis of business domains and related business processes or systems.
- Be the expert about the functional/business aspects of his/her domain of competence.
- Analyze the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensure the system design fits the needs of the users.
- Analyze business unit requests and understand business requirements.
- Identify the most appropriate solution to respond to business issues and needs, involving the relevant resources of the area.
- Ensure alignment of Information System evolution with business needs and priorities
- Anticipate, whenever possible, specific business evolutions and needs that could have an impact on the supporting information systems.
- Communicate business and system impacts to IT and Operations staff.
- Manage and ensure the success of the feasibility studies, according to the methodology.
- Scout market solutions, involving the relevant staff of the area.
- Closely work with solution providers to ensure delivery on time with expected functionality.
- Provide internal consultancy to the Business (process knowledge and reengineering).
- Support the business requests processes in accordance with his/her Team.
- Defining the high level scope of the initiatives in collaboration with the business.
- Promote the adoption of service catalogue solutions.
- Collect feedback and feedforward from the business.
Requirements
- A good knowledge of manufacturing and factory processes in luxury or fashion industry
- A good knowledge of Information Systems of Leather Goods and Shoes manufacturing
- Projects in Production and Accounting Control in large and complex companies
- Scientific degree (preferred)
