Position
Within our Local Controlling Department, we are looking for a Industrial Controller who will report to the F&A Controlling Manager, acting like a business partner work in partnership with Operations departments developing and implementing effective controlling activities, processes and tools as well as providing valuable financial insight, enhance efficiency and mitigate risks over site production The role will be a driving force in continuous improvement activities that impact in terms of efficiency of the business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be business partner through the organization
- Partecipate in the definition of the Industrial strategy, budgeting, planning by providing insights on the financial implication and cost impact
- Monthly closing of the Industrial Operations, review, variances and cost product analysis, , including monthly plant metrics in according to targets, deadlines and HQ guidelines;
- Calculation of standard cost, hourly rate, raw material consumption, fixed cost absorption, efficiency direct workers
- Working with Operations team and providing on-going input in the process related to cost targets, efficiency plan and others potential impacts.
- Continuously evaluating and identifying opportunities to drive process improvements in Controlling department
- Providing support with proper recommendation on critical issues
Profile
Minimum Qualification Requirements
- Proven working experience as a controller in (Industry and Organization)
- 3+ years of overall finance experience
- Advanced degree
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with creating financial statements and support analysis for the Business
- Excellent Finance software user and controlling skills, SAP is a must

- Understanding of accounting with working knowledge of Industrial accounting
- Ability to adapt to and quickly learn new systems and processes
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
