WMS Product Manager
Contract to Perm
Location: 100% Remote but in the long run ideally someone in Dallas or Bentonville.
Building Roadmap Working Cross Functionally with Teams Laying out Strategy Run Discovery Workshops Facilitating Sessions to Capture more Requirements.
Working between Architecture Teams and the Sams Development Teams
Buzzwords: Product Management with Large Teams Warehouse Management System (WMS) Fulfillment Centers Manhattan WMS is the closest system to what Walmart has built WMOS would stand out on a resume.
Domain/Environment Size: Domain knowledge with Fulfillment/Warehouse Management will be key here. If they have done this in Retail or Consumer Goods or Manufacturing would be perfect.
Certifications: CSPO POPM would stand out but experience is more important.
Education: Bachelors preferred
Years of Experience: Product experience needs to be 5 Years. Someone with a background as a PM or a Business Analyst before they moved into the Product space would really stand out for the requirements sessions.
Tactical Aspects of this Job: JIRA and Confluence are needed for this role. May need to do presentations so PPT skills are important.
