We are looking for a Consultant who will aid in the expansion of our Business Innovation, Technology & Sustainability team, with a special focus on the Strategy and Organization field . You will have the chance to work in a dynamic business and technology environment, driving new market trends in innovative areas.

Your Duties & Responsibilities:

As part of the team, you will contribute with:

• Defining, maintaining and ensuring project management standards across the organization
• Providing the right business solution through direct contact with the Clients
• Planning, designing and leading key group meetings
• Planning and coordinating the execution of action
• Gathering customer and/or business requirements and perform functional analysis
• Supporting the client in processes review or design, driving the functional requirements collection and definition
• Supporting the definition and collection of project concepts ensuring continuous alignment between the structures and functions involved
• Managing reporting for continuous monitoring of project initiatives and intercepting any critical issues in advance
• Contributing in the identification of the best technologies to be used for each of the projects that will be addressed
  

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in the fields of economics, management or engineering

• At least 3-5 years of experience, gained in leading management consulting firms
• Previous experience in all the Organizational Development projects phases : as is analysis and process mapping , to be proposals design, materials preparation to support the decision, tracking implementation
• Good knowledge of the Office package (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel on clients’ sites based in Verona area

• Italian language required
