This opportunity has arisen due to our rapid expansion across Wolverhampton we are looking to separate the current branch by locations covered between the vastly experienced current Care Manager and the prospective new Care Manager.

We are amongst the fastest growing home care providers in the area and we are now amongst the few largest providers to the Local Council. Our growth has been due to our strong reputation we recently were awarded "Outstanding" under "Wellled" by CQC and have maintained our "Good" overall for many years now. We are also rated 4 out of 5 stars by our staff on Indeed. We are looking for a Care Manager to maintain these standards and contribute towards our target of achieving "Outstanding" in all domains with CQC.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Care Manager to lead an experienced team as a lead provider under a formal longstanding Local Authority contract shaping service delivery in the best interests of clients and overseeing considerable growth for years to come.

The role available is based in Wolverhampton and the branch has a rating of "Outstanding" for "wellled" and "Good" across the other four categories set by CQC with "Good" overall. The branch benefits from a good core of Care Staff with ample opportunity to grow further . Currently work is commissioned through the Local Authority (under formal contract) NHS and private arrangements.

The company is very innovative in approach and currently tackling staff shortages in healthcare across the nation very successfully through pilot schemes and adapting working practices to accommodate a wider labor pool. Requirements

The role of Care Manager is among the most challenging but rewarding within the company. The opportunity to mold a service with the help and guidance of a vastly experienced Board of Directors and Head of Care Service along with robust structures of policies procedures and practices already in place.

Key responsibilities

• Efficiently manage the day to day running of the business.
• Allocate resources and monitor performance to deliver high quality home care to customers within budget.
• Manage all aspects of the staff team and provide sound leadership to ensure staff are clear about their respective duties and responsibilities and have the support they need to carry out their roles safely.
• Monitor and maintain the compliance and quality of the branch against the standards set by the parent company liaising with CQC where required with the support initially from the Head of Care Service.

Working between the hours of 6am 2:30pm (AM shift) or 3.30pm - 11pm (PM shift) Working alternative weekends or every Saturday/Sunday Must have a right to work in the UK. Don t worry if you don t have experience in care, we can provide industry leading training that ensures even though with no knowledge of the role can become the very best Care Workers. Responsibilities Community Care Workers are required to undertake various tasks for clients such as washing, dressing, preparing meals, administering medication, companionship, and general assistance with everyday living for those who are unable to manage these themselves physically.
