Job description
This role is key to provide essential service plans to our customers and their sites, liaise with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders and import/export agencies for coordinating the movement of inbound and outbound goods, on time and in full, reacting various technical faults and plan maintenance of our products.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be working within all administration tasks for shipment of finished goods, for receipt of raw materials and products, book transport and prepare paperwork for all suppliers on non-delivered incoterms.In this role you will liaise with external agencies such as HM customs, freight forwarders and international banks, manage the daily manifests to schedule work for receipt in and out of the warehouse, schedules to support the warehouse supervisor with resource planning, responsible of maintain and update the HTS code & country of origin, provide ongoing support to the facility operations utilizing transportation systems, tracking orders.
This role would suit a determined problem-solver, an individual who is a composed communicator, who can think out of the box and capable of leading teams with the ability to cope with the unexpected, managing issues effectively.
