Overview:
The HR Consultant plays a crucial role in providing strategic and operational HR guidance to organizations. They are responsible for delivering a wide range of HR services ensuring compliance with employment laws and supporting the development and execution of HR initiatives to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Providing guidance and coaching to management on HR best practices
- Handling employee relations including investigation and resolution of workplace issues
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Administering benefits and compensation programs
- Designing and delivering training programs for employees and managers
- Implementing and maintaining HRIS systems and databases
- Supporting organizational change management initiatives
- Conducting exit interviews and analyzing turnover data
- Resolving conflicts and advising on disciplinary actions
- Participating in strategic workforce planning and talent management
- Contributing to diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Preparing HR reports and analytics for management review
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field
- HR certification such as PHR or SPHR
- 5 years of experience in HR consulting or generalist roles
- Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Experience in project management and change initiatives
- Demonstrated problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of best HR practices and industry trends
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Willingness to travel as needed
