Experience 12 to 20 years

Location Hareshamudram Bellary

Note The person will be responsible to handle 2 locations (Haresamudram AP and Kudithini Karnataka)

Must have

Experience in SAP JAVA .Net C Sharp PHPSQL IT System IT Network

Total IT Experience (12 years)

Responsibilities:

IT Strategy and Planning:

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement the organizations IT strategy and goals.

Contribute to the development of IT policies and procedures.

Team Leadership:

Provide leadership and direction to the IT team fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Supervise and mentor IT staff encouraging professional development.

Infrastructure Management:

Oversee the organizations IT infrastructure including networks servers and systems.

Ensure the security integrity and availability of IT resources.

Project Management:

Lead and coordinate IT projects from initiation to completion.

Ensure that projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.

Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.

Evaluate and select vendors based on organizational needs.

Key Attributes :

Manage financial aspects of the IT Division including purchasing budgeting and budget review

Manage servers security solutions network hardware and equipment

Assessing individual department needs how they relate to the companys strategic plan and ability to prioritize multiple projects and resources

Liaising and managing all existing vendor and business partner relationships and development of new relationships where needed

Review of all contracts and support agreements ensuring a thorough understanding of all services being provided and ensuring compliance with all internal policies

Taking responsibility for 99.9% uptime of all business application systems networks and ensuring they are maintained and routinely backed up in accordance with company retention policies

Collaborate with Information Technology (IT) Strategy and Planning leadership on the development of the IT strategic plan

Facilitate and lead business and systems decisions

Strategic Planning & IT Consultancy to Clinical Operations

Build and maintain strong partnership with strategic technology providers.
