We are a performance marketing agency based in the sunny Cagliari, Sardinia, Italy, Earth, Solar System, Milky Way (you get the idea!).
We're here to support international companies rise and shine by fusing their unique energy with bright ideas, powering up their performance marketing strategies through personalized solutions.
To deliver those results, we absorb the energy of the sun and transform it into powerful and integrated Pay Per Click, Analytics, and Conversion Rate Optimization strategies.

YOU'LL DO AT MIDSUMMER
REQUIREMENTS
You are:
• Resident in Italy and have an EU Working Permit (for boring bureaucracy stuff)
• Fluent in English. Knowing how to order a draft beer in London would not be enough. (Please declare if you are native or possessed C1 Certification or have lived in a foreign English-speaking country)
MUST HAVE
WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN
• Work from anywhere: we don't have an office. So far, we've got on our list: our own house, coworking spaces, bars / cafés / restaurants, camper, b&b, and hotels, a long list of countries (including Spain, Sweden, UK, Germany, UAE, US, and more)
• Flexible hours: we're not strict with the usual 9-18 office hours. You can make the most of your day by starting earlier, taking longer lunch breaks, or staying late until the evening if you have other stuff to do (like laundry, picking up your kids from school, or just taking a walk). Whatever resonates with your lifestyle.
• Half-day Fridays (yes, we take Friday afternoons off). This one is pretty self-explanatory. Let's do the math: 4h x 52 weeks = 208 hours, which means you get more than an extra month of time free per year!

Location: Full Remote (50% of the team is based in or around Cagliari though)
In 2024, our team will be like elusive unicorns: mostly remote but occasionally spotted in the wild during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and legendary Midsummer Events (fully expensed by the company). We totally get it, though – flying to the Island can be hard if you're living abroad. But we're on a mission to make these journeys as fair and easy as possible, so get your backpack ready for some Midsummer adventures!✈
