What you’ll be doing at Webhelp As an Italian-Speaking Fraud Prevention Advisor, you will: Contact third parties abroad by telephone and/or e-mail to verify their payment information. Manage incoming calls and emails Treat all data with extreme confidentiality Meet and exceed contractual goals We’ll be a great match if you: Have a high level of Italian (written and oral) and good knowledge of English Have previous experience as a customer consultant Have Analytical ability and are comfortable with hardware/software tools Have confidence, are rigorous and have team spirit If you feel you don’t check off every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply either way.
