Position: Project Manager
Location: Remote
Were seeking a skilled Project Manager with a robust background to join our remote team. If you have a proven track record in project management across various delivery methodologies excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a knack for driving enterprisewide change we want to hear from you!
Key Qualifications:
Demonstrated proficiency in managing projects utilizing a range of delivery methodologies including predictive iterative incremental and agile approaches.
Experience in facilitating meetings with diverse stakeholders both internal and external ranging from executives to business users and developers.
Proven background in developing and implementing Enterprise Change Management strategies plans and activities to support organizational transitions related to business processes systems technology and structures.
Expertise in collaborating with stakeholders to determine project objectives scope and success criteria.
Ability to evaluate business processes identify areas for enhancement and implement effective solutions.
Proficient in leading elicitation sessions using various information gathering techniques such as interviews documentation analysis surveys and business models with executives managers developers and subject matter experts.
Strong capability in creating reports presentations and delivering information to leadership and stakeholders.
Experience in crafting compelling Business Cases for project approval from governing bodies.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent qualification.
