As the Project Manager for Elekta Software Solutions, you'll be the driving force behind the successful delivery of cutting-edge products that make a real difference in the fight against cancer.

In this dynamic position, you'll be the go-to subject matter expert for Elekta software solutions, utilizing your deep knowledge to guide and lead the software implementation process.

What you’ll do at Elekta

As a Software Project Specialist will support and drive improvements to increase the software project delivery knowledge, capacity, and quality within the region, in cooperation with regional Order fulfilment and the Business line.

Responsibilities as a software project specialist:

• With an extensive knowledge about the Elekta software solutions delivery, the Software project specialist will support regional Order Fulfillment teams as well as Sales and Service organization to deliver a seamless customer experience regarding solution implementation and further utilization.
• In collaboration with regional stakeholder’s, plan and manage the implementation of Elekta Software products throughout the project life cycle to ensure high project quality and customer satisfaction for the software implementations.
• Provide input to customer tenders and sales offerings by defining the client requirements and designing of the software solutions implementation strategy.
• Constantly work for improving the way of delivering software solutions with the aim to leverage customer satisfaction.
• Incorporate Elekta Values into all departmental functions and responsibilities
• Drive efficiency programs identified by self or others within Elekta
• Drive process improvements regarding the software implementation process excellence in the region.
• Drive implementation of new processes, creation of templates, tools adaptation, in cooperation with regional Order fulfilment and the Business line.
• Taking the lead in the roll-out of new software products to the region.

The right stuff

As a software project specialist, we are looking for candidates that are not only passionate about driving successful software implementations but also possess the following:

• Excellent time management, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and flexible
• Fluent in MS Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken)
• Ability to interact effectively with customers (by phone and face to face)

What you bring:

• 3 – 5 years project management experience
• Experience in customer-facing operations, IT project management and implementation, or in the life science industries
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure configuration and IT network technologies
• Experience of revenue management and forecasting
• Ability to interact effectively with customers (by phone and face to face)
• Ability to document Elekta Software projects in accordance with Elekta internal documentation policies and actively participate in improving the documentation process within the company
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients to identify their needs and assess other alternatives and business strategies if necessary.
