The partner:
We are looking for a PLC Software Engineer for an multinational company operating in the field of automated connection and electrification systems for ports, airports and industry worldwide.
The role:
- Define the tasks of the system on the basis of the functional specification and electrical diagram
- Design of the automation system architecture and selection of the automation hardware
- Design the software program of the PLC/HMI
- Implement the SW and test
- Start up on site if when required
- Training to the Operators on site if when required
- Technical support to service team for trouble shooting on site job

Mandatory skills:
- Experienced with PLC programming such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, Rockwell and AC/DC drive system
- State of the art of automation design solution
- Knowledge of electrical equipment, such actuators and feedback signal gauges
- Selection of the control equipment and set-up of the customizable parameters
- Technical Education (a minimum of a Bachelor of Science in a related engineering discipline, Master’s degree preferred: i.e. Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, etc.)
- Experience coding software solutions in a professional environment
- Fluent English required

Nova Milanese (MB), with 20% remote working and travel required (up to 30%).
