JD: Social Media Executive cum Digital Marketer
Role & responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organizational
objectives.
Create engaging social media content including posts graphics and videos to captivate our
audience across platforms such as LinkedIn Instagram Facebook Twitter & YouTube.
Manage social media channels effectively including content scheduling posting and monitoring
engagement.
Take complete ownership of all social media channels to improve brand awareness reach
engagement popularity networking and lead generation.
Utilize social listening tools to gather insights and monitor industry trends competition and
audience sentiments.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns
and initiatives.
Continuously analyze social media metrics and performance to refine strategies and improve
results.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing to maintain
OpusModos competitive edge.
Preferred candidate profile:
Bachelors degree or minimum 12
th
Pass.
1 years of proven experience in social media marketing with a focus on strategy development
content creation brand building and audience engagement.
Strong understanding of social media platforms including their algorithms features and best
practices.
Proficiency in utilizing designing and content tools such as Photoshop Canva ChatGPT etc.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to craft compelling
content and interact effectively with diverse audiences.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data draw insights and make datadriven
decisions.
Creative flair and attention to detail with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and
emerging technologies.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities
effectively.
Candidates with knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning preferred.
