Position Overview:
As a Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will work in an ever-changing environment driven by technological advances and the strategic direction of our organization. Within the Operations department, you will be responsible for defining production methods, writing operating instructions, and collaborating with engineering and other manufacturing departments to streamline and optimize the production process for the world's most accurate printers. Your job will be to ensure that the company's production processes can guarantee product quality and proper functionality while maintaining high levels of productivity.

What your tasks will be:

• Define production time and methods;
• Create processes and procedures that help the company achieve budget and performance goals;
• Develop production lines dedicated to new product development;
• Define the investment strategy for the production line to target increasingly up-to-date methodologies and increasingly productive timelines;
• Address and solve complex production process production issues;
• Evaluate existing production processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes and improvements;
• Apply practical knowledge of product design and assembly to the manufacturing process;
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and interdepartmental meetings to ensure collaboration and cohesion.
  
   

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or other equivalent subjects.
• Basics of Lean Manufacturing;
• Strong sense of responsibility and sensitivity to quality, safety and environmental issues;
• Good adaptability to various situations;
• Analytical and proactive skills.
