Job description
Humangest, on behalf of Arsenale Group, a company operating in the luxury hospitality industry, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to work in a prestigious 5 stars hotel located in the heart of Rome.
Main responsibilities:
● Restaurant team management, including recruiting and training
● Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations
● Ensure excellent guest experience
● Ensure compliance with all the safety, security, health, sanitation regulations
● Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses, and prepare reports as required
● Financial management of the restaurant operations
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
● Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
● Fluent in English and Italian, additional languages are desirable
● Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, wine selection, and culinary trends
● Proficiency in restaurant management software, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
● Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
● Certification in food safety and sanitation (e.g., ServSafe) is desirable
