Job Title: SimCorp Manager
Location: Remote Hybrid
- Reston VA US
- Washington DC US
Salary: USD $165000 $180000 / yr
Responsibilities:
- Lead development of design strategy for new products.
- Manage the teams efforts on the implementation process for new products.
- Research opportunities for product improvements.
- Manage a team responsible for the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance.
- Define product strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and coach team resources on accounting and SimCorp configuration.
- Act as the primary design/solution architect for enhancements and stability to the system.
- Create a training platform for selfsufficiency in the SimCorp platform for various users.
- Collaborate and lead the design and development of an internal testing solution for progression/regression testing.
- Support other product managers in resolving critical issues.
Qualifications:
Minimum Required Experiences:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent
Skills:
- Advanced knowledge in Product Management Accounting and SimCorp.
- Project management skills.
- Leadership capabilities including team management feedback meeting facilitation coaching and mentoring.
- Product Development including designing products developing roadmaps and prototyping.
- Graphical representation of information using tools like Excel Tableau or Power BI.
- Programming skills including coding and debugging.
- Relationship Management with stakeholders customers and vendors.
- Change management experience.
- Influencing negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Data analysis and reporting skills using tools like Excel or SSRS.
