What's the role?

We’re looking for an Intern to join our Project Management Office in Milan, who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, high-performing, international working culture.

What does the role involve?

The purpose of the role is to provide the team member with an on-the-job learning experience as they complete their education and begin a career.
As a PMO Intern , you’ll be supporting our Project Management Office in various activities, especially in drafting and drawings in order to deliver shop-drawings and other graphic deliverables for big projects.
This job involves working in tight contacts with the entire PMO and the Engineering Department.

We will give you everything you need to excel in your role, including software, tools and ongoing training.

During your internship, you will have scheduled touch points with your tutor, HR and an informal meeting with our Hilti Head of PMO.

What you need is:

• Master degree in mechanical or civil engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of Autocad, knowledge of Revit or similar software is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Office Suite: PPT, XLS, WORD, etc.
• Fluent in both English and Italian language
