The Project Performance Lead is responsible for providing support in the collection and verification of projects performance and output; Provide indepth analysis identify patterns and trends and highlight potential risk through regular reporting to aid management with decision making; Provide data for root cause analysis to the process improvement team; Develop and improve analytical tools and monitoring reports; Perform other duties related to project analysis that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor/manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of project performance and deliverables of all projects per business unit and/or product type from planning to construction phase; Creating report and analysis on progress and status of each department thru project scoring and evaluation of key result areas; Identifying potential risks issues and deviations from project plans and initiate corrective actions; Gathering and compilation of data related to project milestones budget allocations and resource utilization

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess degree in Industrial/Civil Engineering Architecture Finance Management or equivalent
• Smartsheet Power BI Excel expert or other relevant performance monitoring tools
• At least 5 years working experience in the same field
