We are looking for a brilliant Logistics graduate for our vacancy as Finished Product Warehouse Flow & Stock Planner , who will be based in Alba (CN).
By covering this position, you will play a key role in flow and stock planning , management of frigo, hibernation and ambient warehouses of third-party logistics providers, external warehouses in the area surrounding Alba and the central plant warehouse, serving the entire Italian territory.
Your primary responsibilities will entail guaranteeing an efficient stock level , seamless in/out flows and Quality and Safety standards . Additional tasks that you will perform include ensuring and supervising the delivery of reports of Key Performance Indicators for the local Supply Chain , assigning priorities and guiding workload management for shipping clerk activities.
You will ensure the accuracy of supplier invoices, monitor and process payments related to Supply Chain services and participate in cross-functional projects. Process improvements will be also activities within your scope of responsibility!
As a key point of contact for the local Warehouse Manager , you will guarantee efficient flow and stock planning, prioritising and guiding the workload management for the shipping clerk activities.
If you are a newly graduate or a junior professional with maximum 3 years of experience in Warehouse/Supply Chain Management, invoice verification and payment processing, this might be the right opportunity for you!
From your side, you will bring your degree in a relevant field , e.g. Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, etc.) and your proficiency in both It alian and English languages , that will enhance your communication and interpersonal skills.
Your problem-solving, organised attitude, together with your strong analytical skills will be a key asset for us, as well as your attention to detail and your capability to work in a team.
